podcast idea? Meal prep. If you think of it, meal prep is a little bit like being really organized with your workouts. And what I mean by that is that to get the best results with your workouts, it's best to have them planned before you go to the gym, before you even get to the gym, to know exactly what you're doing, to know what your, what body parts, if you're doing, you know, split, any style of split training, if you're doing full body, what exercises you're going to do, how many sets, how many reps, the timing of your rest periods, the timing of the whole workout itself, if you're time bound, right? So you take that same mentality, which if you're doing the workouts and they're planned, you'll get better results. Same thing with your meals. You want to plan them so that it's not, uh-oh, spur of the moment, I'm hungry now, what am I going to eat? And then looking in the cupboards and, you know, like just going by taste buds, which is quite often how that goes, you want to plan the meal so that all right this is what i'm going to eat for breakfast this is what i'm going to eat for lunch this is what i'm going to eat for dinner and any snacks that you might have right and not only to have them planned but to make them so that you basically either just have to open the container or reach in and you know exactly what it is all the ingredients are there and it's already prepared no thinking dinner time you know exactly what you're eating and when you're really good knowing your macros so that's the idea
